The colleges I name are the same as class rooms, you stay on the same level as the students sitting in the classroom, basically you'll finish the course the same time the actual class does. You'll also have the same professor who teaches the major on campus teach you the lesson he gave the campus student. Same material, same time spanned(unless you fail), same topic, and same assignments. These schools are Mountain state university, florida state university, weber state university, Bryant and Stratton college and SUNY(State Universities of New York) the site for suny http://sln.suny.edu/ These colleges are regionally accredited which is the best accreditation for a school to have and they are specially accredited for certain majors that requires licenses also these school are a Public universities which are funded partially by the government(not including financial aid) and therefore are less tuition than private universities(who does not get funded by the government only by fasa). I attended two of these schools and have I have met all the requirements to become a social worker in my state wells so far as accreditation working on my master at florida state university before i can get my license from my state of NY and i did it all online I am a Mom with a jacked up busy schedule lol but its possible to find good colleges oh and another thing just because these colleges are campus base does not mean all campus base colleges are accredited kaplan and university of Phoenix has plenty of on campus courses but does not have the accreditation needed to continue education or get license i have experience in repeating my associate degree from University Of Phoenix for accreditation reasons
References :
experience in 2 of the schools and have relative's in the others

First do some research on Universities that offer distant learning programs (or online courses) within you area of study. Most Universities offer distant learning programs in a wide range of studies. Curriculum does not lack in quality just because it is online, and enables you to complete your coursework on your own time. Another thing you can look into are learning management systems. They obtain a vast spectrum of courses and offers a cost-effective solution to learning. a resource you can check out is: http://www.coggno.com/onlinetraining which is a learning management system or LMS. Hope this helps.
References :
http://www.coggno.com/onlinetraining

My best recommendation would be to contact a number of colleges to find the best fit for you and your needs (tuition, schedule, career opportunities, etc.). Too often people enroll in the first school they find rather than taking the time to find the best school for them. Taking that time now could save you a lot of time, money and frustration if you choose the wrong school.
This site has some good info on regionally accredited online degrees and some colleges that offer them to help expand your search:
http://www.ecollegefinder.org
I think you can enter your info on there for any colleges you are interested in and they will send you more info for free. Good Luck!
References :
Outside of California there are no colleges that offer juris doctor programs online. However, if you are interested in getting a bachelors degree in legal studies that will put you in the right direction that is a great idea that can be accomplished online.
This site has some information on regionally accredited degree programs in legal studies and some colleges for you to consider:

The only state you can get a law degree online is in California, and frankly, the passing rate is low and I wouldn't hire you as an attorney if you DID go about it that way.

Law is a complex profession which requires seven years' education because of its complexity. If you don't have the time to focus on the level of classes you need to complete to earn your J.D. it's entirely possibly that in the long run, you wouldn't be willing to spend that time working on your client's case either.

Lawyers abide by a code of ethics and one of those ethics is that you are required to serve as competent representation. I just don't think an "online degree" makes you competent enough to represent a client in court.

Please try applying for FAFSA financial aid for graduate school and look at some state level colleges. (Try University of Michigan Law). That way you have financial assistance to pay for it and you have spent the time needed to represent and serve your client . . .and the court.
References :
It can be done but only in California and the pass rate is really low. Taft and Concord are two examples.

Understand though - doing it online is harder, takes longer, and costs more than going to law school in the classroom seat. Online isn't your solution.

If you mean earn your bachelor's degree (you have to have that to get into law school) online then yes, it's done all the time and there are 1000's of schools to pick from. Probably even your own StateU in your state.
